Lord Iowerth...thanks!

I would recommend this and all I did was go to the website and order it. This is a great way to get your point accross. I like the fact they have "Cleaner" versions of the same message. If they do not work...then you can "nuke" them with the stronger language.

That is great... I cannot say how valuable that would be to have. I could use that so very very much.

And I'm obliged to state: Honda FTW!!

In all fairness not all Truckers are bad drivers. In my 50 years on this planet I have noticed that they are not the Knights of the Highway they once were either. I wish they would make a state law here in Michigan when there is bad weather Trucks have to stay in the right lane. They get out in the middle lane and blind the rest of us with snow or water. This is so rude. To have two trucks side by side kicking up snow, rain and water that is very dangerous. I do know that in most states(Michigan included) Truckers are suppose to stop and pick up the re-tread that falls off their tires. I have never seen one yet do this. These pieces of tread are nick-named "Gators", because when you hit one on the road at high speed they reach up and snap at your vehicle and do some surprisingly nasty damage. I hit one earlier this year....$800.00 to my Buick Lesabre.
My wifes family had one of those trucker tires pop as they were driving by it. A piece of the tire flew right through the passenger side window of their minivan and dropped right into her dads lap. Luckily Mom happened to be reclined in the passenger seat sleeping when it happened, or she could have been seriously hurt.

Of course the trucker kept right on trucking...9 times out of 10 I don't even think they know they've lost a tire.

Oh...They know! They can feel their rig. Every State that I know of has laws on the books for Truckers to be responsible for their debri field in there wake.
Other words...they are suppose to stop and pick up anything from their Tractor-Trailer.

I take my car to the same place I take it to get major fixes. It might cost me $10-$15 more....the oil is quality and so is the service. I have two pieces of foam strips under my hood to keep the water out of the engine compartment. Factory original parts, clearly labeled "L" and "R."

The last time I ever went to Jiffy Lube, they replaced them backwards. It was so obviously wrong that the next time I opened my hood, I could not believe what I was seeing.

So yeah, don't go to the "quick lube" places. If you've got a guy you trust for vehicle work, go there instead.

Well I am consolidating all my debt into one big old debt. Refinancing my home and putting all our debt into it. This way I can free up allot of cash to purchase a new vehicle.

As much as I have always liked my Buicks I am looking at Toyota. They have some pretty nice cars at a reasonable price. Well built too.

I am looking at the Matrix, Corolla, and the Camery. Dunno yet...just looking for now. I want 30mpg City & close to 40mpg Hwy.

That's exactly what my parents ended up doing and they went out and bought two new Hondas; trading in their Toyota Tundra and BMW 325i.

And as for the Toyotas, get the Corolla, I have a friend with a relatively new one that runs really well.

Well I am kinda leaning toward the Matrix. I like the "wagon" aspec of it. Means I can carry stuff allot easier. It is funny how SUV's are turning back into gold Old Station Wagons after all these years.

Well I finally got my car back today. That gasket really was split pretty darn bad and all the gaskets were attached. Thus the reason you had to replace everyone. Homer did alot of work on it, and the price was good, $626.00 for gaskets, thermostat, labor, and oil change. Thats right an oil change. Yet I just got my oil changed at the grease spot last month right? Right. Ok so he charged me extra for something uneeded right? Wrong, the good ol' idoits at the Grease Spot screwed up. They changed my oil but didnt lubricate. That is not good at all for your engine. I have been having horrible luck getting my cars oil changed. Past two times the smart pros have screwed my car up. Last time they got wires stuck in the top of my air filter. Cut off energy to my car. Yet I am just glad to have my car back. Hopefully its fixed for awhile. *fingers crossed*

I thought the Lube part was for the wheels/frontend not the engine. Also make sure whom ever does that does not over "lube it". It will bleed out on the inside of your wheels and build up. This will throw your tires off balance.

Well I think that the lube is suppose to help the engine run smoother. Its suppose to lubricate the pistons and other moving parts in the engine i do believe. Could be wrong as I'm not real up to date lately on my oil changes even though i will be soon as i am gonna start changing my own oil.

That is what the oil does...lube your engine/pistons/etc....the "lube job" is for the certs that you use a grease gun on.

Well Homer knows what hes talking about so it must of needed it, i just acted like i knew taht was bad. Anyways if Homer wasnt happy about that then it is not good then. Maybe its for the nut that you have to take off to get the oil or maybe the top part. I'm not sure but they screwed up thats all i know.
